i waited quite some time... the usb plug/unplug notification sound keeps going and going...in the end, error...

i not sure about the error..but its normal for the notifications on ur computer showing plug/unplug during ur update..so..have u updated? O.o

nope..failed 2 times...

maybe try again later...restart PC first

wish u luck bro..shudnt be the phone problem..mayb internet connection or..try reinstall the ovi suite or nokia suite..mayb it helps though

i had the same problem previously..got some error..then i turn off my anti virus..can already..

bought my e72 silver last 3 weeks

upgrade the latest 023.002 fw yesterday
- not sure the different between old fw but i notice optical navi button more stable, with old fw i notice the optical button scrolling itself (somewhat like ghost is scrolling my hp )

thing i don't like about this hp (compared with previous hp)
- when i set a reminder in calender, the phone will alarms me, but if i just ignore the alarm (or accidentally ignore it or busy), it then automatically snooze n never remind me again in terms of sound. it will only blink. unless at the very first alarm i push silence then snooze, then only it will sound. have to use to it for awhile.

- i think its the best hp i ever had

Updated to newest firmware via Desktop Windows 7 Ultimate . (Need to run the updater in compatibility mode)

does the ovi suite or nokia pc suite supports MAC?

Set up Gmail via Nokia Messaging > when thru all process > accepted T&C etc. > screen shows connecting/synchronising > RESULT = NO GMAIL, nothing.

After that 3.5G icon on top left hand screen doesn't stop showing active connection.

As short cut, decide to reset phone:

Tried *#7370# , message = End all active calls and connections first
Tried reset factory setting, message = same as above
Tried to delete Internet access point, message = Access point currently in use
