Noise Plug, Insulation strip and Propad will do the job. Very easy to DIY, just by looking at the photos that I shared. So far all positive feedback on this solution. |

If it is door panel, then I would suggest to dampen it then do a layer of sound insulation.As for roof, you will need 2 x Propad and 1 x Thinsulate. Price indicator you may refer to the 1st post. |
