yesterday my hand gatal, so i decided to take ot my front panel and simply spray black colour. But when spraying that time, i notice that the paint doesnt 'stick' to the plastic and then got some shape. I thought it will be ok when its dried. Unfortunately, my effort was useless and it was like sh*t. So, is there anyway i can revive this case ?
Edit by mod: So BIG for what? Pls reduce the size of pic n post up again.

wow what a nice colour... sand all the paint until u get almost the original colour back, u need to get the new paint stick man. then use wax n grease remover to clean the surface. then spray the colour u want, layer by layer...

bro, the only way to revive it is using grit 600 until all the print gone then use grit 1000 *NOTE MUST TAKE OUT ALL THE PART, SEPARATE ALL THE PART 1ST

Ya take out the front panel first, then just get 1pcs of grit 400 & 1 pc grit 600 will do. I think grit 1000 is too fine. You need grit 1000 only if you are going 4 mirror shine.
So just use the 400 n sand off all the paint that you have applied so that you get a nice clean surface that your paint will eventually stick on.
Then spray the 1 st layer, just make it thin, meaning only 1 pass light coat.
Wait 4 it to dry n use the 600grit n gently sand the 1st layer paint to get a smooth surface, then wash n dry it.
proceed 4 the next few layers of paint, of course wait 4 each layer to dry b4 applying the next coat.
You will have a good paint after this.
You can google some sites that teach you on painting using a spray can.
Hopes this helps.
Added on June 13, 2009, 9:16 amOne more thing, i think ur paint didn't stick is b'coz there is some contaminant on the panel, that's y it is very important to throughly clean the surface b4 spraying.

use 400G first , then go to 1000 , then go to 1200 for finishing . Then clean it with water to wash away all the dust . Then , wipe it with high Q cotton cloth . THen only start spray under windy condition . Not too hot not too damp condition . Added on June 14, 2009, 12:47 pmBTW , can refer to my Code PinkX projek .
