For item value more than RM1k, I always advise buyer to purchase insurance. Coz when parcel is lost, normally company like GDex, Skynet or other courier service only cover MAX RM200-RM300 per parcel lost without considering the content or value of the parcel. Hopefully GDex can trace back or both buyer and seller will bear the remaining cost considering this is an IPhone. Good luck
