QUOTE(magpie2000 @ Aug 30 2010, 12:57 PM) I think I've got a problem with my movie jukebox. I'm using xtreamer sidewinder with the latest firmware 2.4. I use a external usb hdd for my movies. the xtreamer is not connected to any network/internet. how you're going to download jukebox if you don't have internet connection to your Xtreamer???When i go to the movie jukebox menu, it prompts me to press 1 to agree and download. Then it prompts me that there is no update available. What am I suppose to do to enjoy the movie jukebox function? Please help. even if you get the jukebox installer from other source (not sure if any), you still need to provide a lot of information for the jukebox to become functional. easier if you just connect your Xtreamer to the net though! QUOTE(Kiding @ Aug 30 2010, 12:01 PM) Do you mean that you want to use jukebox on your PC? |

i got mine from seller of Digital Mall, PJ.
as i remember, some member here got if from low yatt too. regarding to transfer speed, currently i had to use usb drive. its a hassle but not much choice left. wifi is not even an option cause it too slow as usually end up failed. my N router and xtreamer is around 5 meter apart. maybe when i'm moving to new house then i will setup proper connection. maybe using RJ45 |

QUOTE(soulquarianz @ Nov 11 2010, 08:34 AM) there you go buddy.. thanks a lot bro http://forum.xtreamer.net/topic/12645-custom-xjukebox-topic/ IMHO. benhur version is the most stable among the modified xjukebox.... I'm working on it right now QUOTE(khyron @ Nov 11 2010, 08:30 AM) wanna ask you guys. To play the xtreamer live channels smoothly would a 1mb streamyx line be sufficient enough? what line are you guys using? I'm using 1mb streamyx; wifi connection to xtreamer 5 meter apart, and its suck; lag and keep on buffering; make me don't wanna using it again |

QUOTE(lancer_ajai @ Dec 20 2010, 06:16 PM) Bro, I think you need to connect using optical from Xtreamer to ur A/V receier then it will detect. Just my 2cents. as far as i know, hdmi bring audio too. optical setup may necessary when i still need the audio 5.1 through my avr.and yes, i'm looking for optical cable now, just regret need to spend some more even when hdmi should be sufficient. QUOTE(soulquarianz @ Dec 21 2010, 09:54 AM) i'm using the same AVR like yours and its working fine in my environment.... my setup Xtreamer Pro with 4TB HDD inside (now running firmware 2.5.2) -> Pioneer AVR (Harman Kardon HKTS 11 BQ Speaker) - FUll HD LCD...no issue playing DTS-HD and TrueHD stuff...all connected using HDMI mine telling me how u setup yours? maybe i can guide/help you.... p/s: HDMI in 1 -> Xtreamer Pro HDMI in 2 -> Astro Byond (but i rarely use this / normally i plug my byond direct to my LCD) HDMI in 3 -> Use to hook up BD player but now left open HDMI out -> to my LCD TV My setup; HDMI in 1 (BD) -> Xtreamer Pro (not working though) HDMI in 2 (TV) -> empty HDMI in 3 (DVR) -> empty HDMI out -> Plasma TV *Astro --component--> avr --RCA-->TV I've tried to remove all other component and RCA cable on this avr, left with hdmi only, but still not working. My XPro setup that works; Video: XPro --hdmi--> TV Audio: XPro --RCA--> avr thanks though for looking on my case |

QUOTE(soulquarianz @ Dec 22 2010, 08:41 AM) Please do this I will try to do this first! buying a new hdmi will be among last resort.in Xtreamer Pro Setting under AV, 1) have you enable HDMI audio to ON? 2) have you set the Digital Output to DTSHD, TrueHD etc? 3) Change TV system to HDMI Auto 4) Turn off 1080p 24hz option - if u intend to play HD sound if not then turn it ON Any new interesting step here is; no. 3) Change TV system to HDMI Auto never touch or found this setting before, but first let me have a look |
