I'm looking for Xtreamer USB wi-fi for my Popcorn, anybody selling it cheap here?

Yeah, I even have to change back to Samsung after the porkcorn compatibility list listed WDC a bit problematic with linux partition. So far not so much heat on my cheapo playar..

1 question,... how do we able to identify whether the Extreamers when we purchase now come with DD+ Chipset?

I did IRC Chat with the Xtreamer support team, they confirmed yes if the Xtreamer box mentioned "Sidewinder". A forumer named hdwarexpert has also confirmed this.

wah so fast, I wanted to update the FW (for Sidewinder) 2.3.1, but i found out that the sidewinder is packed with 2.3.2S....

Maybe will wait for 2.4 in future then I will upgrade for my dad. (He's enjoying the player @ hometown now )

Tried you tube and internet radio, all okay except that we hope the player can select 720p videos from Youtube. SD youtube videos dont look nice in our LCD TV.

Whenever streaming from youtube, how can I set the streaming function to only select 720p videos from youtube? Tried youtube a bit and mostly SD and not HD....

Maybe you try with "720p 60hz" setting ?

My spontaneous purchase for Sidewinder with wifi-n dongle is around 500bucks.

I think the price i got was quite reasonable,... too rush for the purchase because I was bringing that item back to hometown for my dad.

Whatta u waiting for? Buy only, if dun like, just sell under Garage Sales...

To those expert Xtreamer owners, care to share on how i can add these categories? I cant login to the forum yet. Not sure if these are still with the 2.3.1 FW. (streamer not with me @ the moment.)

I dumped in my old 2.5" sata disk... think is seagate... for my dad's Sidewinder. It works fine. Heard from seller, 7XXGB max.
