I still using the ancient Win XP . But the problem is the more you use your computer, the less chance of recovery because the missing files space might be overwritten by newer files.
You accidently deleted the profile or was it due to some corruption?
You need to find a recovery software to see if your files are still there. Get one of those free trial software, just to see if the files are still visible (trial version will only list the deleted files for you to see, but won't allow you to recover) . Then later you can decide whether to get a full version or not.
But right now try not to use the computer if you can.
after my family member use it, this problem occur. not sure why...
i think chances of recovery is slim as i use another profile at the moment/
What format are your picture files. If jpg , then have you tried do search for all the .jpg , could be they are still not deleted, just hidden somewhere.
Yeah....I will try this method. Hopefully it will pop out.
Yes, you need to subscribe to Megavideo or Megaupload. Under the xVod configuration, enter Megavideo/Megaupload username, password, then xVod will generate cookies, then go back to xVod main page, you can select various movie libraries, some of them are in different languages, latino, english, etc.

just update to v2.5.2 yesterday, but not got a chance to check anything! just notice of a new section; xtreaming (somehow i think the spelling is different)
Just connect XPro directly to TV, my avr can't detect the XPro through hdmi... there goes my 5.1 surround as I'm still not yet buy toslink, my sound from xtreamer to avr just using a normal RCA cable currently
Your AVR got HDMI input? First time heard this problem.
i'm quite puzzle with your problem...could you slot in the hdmi from xtreamer at different ports using the new cabel? also can u please try changing the HDMI out to your LCD aswell (play around with the HDMI cabel - maybe use the new cabel from AVR to LCD and the old one from AVR to XPRO) also try to set it back accordingly.
As for your xtreamer pro. when u do the upgrade via emergency firmware did you do a MANDATORY reset to defaults then turn off everything (unplug the power plug) for 10 minutes or so before turning it on?
btw the new firmware seems to have fix the VobSub ! but u can meddle with the font. at least its working now hehe.
tested playing mkv with TrueHD and DTS-HD and no audio drops (24fps option can be turn on when playing TrueHD but have to turn off if the movie contains DTS-HD audio).
However still facing issue with DTS-HD over m2ts file (audio drops every few minutes sometimes second) but no prob with TrueHD in m2ts.
Yes, try using this way or try Emergency FW2.5.4. Sometimes, if your AVr has Firmware update, it may solve this problem too.
glad u have solved your problem..enjoy your xtpro...dont be shy if u have problem...come here and someone will assist you....just dont abuse your xtpro like me hahaha.....
My iPad can see two devices in the airplay icon, but when switch to the xtreamer which connect to optoma hd20 via yamaha rx-v2067 amp, the xtreamer just switch the screen to Media Library screen and do nothing
My iPad IOS is 4.3.1, Apple products do not really need many steps to configure, so I believe the Airplay feature is not fully supported, otherwise, xtreamer will put a big banner to advertise it already.
perhaps....it only can be used on iXtreamer models only as per info at forum.xtreamer.net with latest 2.7 FW.
