I can swim for hours but I just cant run for longer than 10-15 minutes (will feel very suffer if I run for more than that).
*Run here include jogging.
I learn swimming since young, but my body gained weight felt a bit paiseh to go swim. So, I prefer walking/jogging to lose weight.
