raikkonen : pizzaboy is right. Go read up on the V-Diet. It's not only the food intake, it's the extreme fitness program. Yours doesn't come close to what they are doing.

doing cardio on a cross trainer or jogging on a treadmill, which is better?

btw i do about a 100crunch each time ( 3-4time a week) i go to the gym, but have yet to see any significant result..why's that?

BUT i did lose a couple kg on weight....maybe it's just my tummy being stubborn lol

FeeD, you wanted an answer.

Crosstrainer or treadmill : Depends. Crosstrainers are good for ppl with joint problems as very low impact compared to treadmill. Treadmill can be tougher.

You may also want to read up on the earlier posts. If you don't understand, just say where you don't understand. I see very clear answers from ppl like iamyuanwu, shanecross, goldfries, bata, kurtkob78, -Dan. These ppl have done it. They have achieved the look that they want and they know what works and what doesn't.

There are not quick and easy answers to 6 packs. If you want to be in denial, that's fine too since it is your choice. Just bear in mind whether you are defeating your body with your mind or not. Because perceptions are very strong and persuasive. If you are not willing to change your perception, it would be impossible for you to get the body you want.

One-line answers : depends. Some are just plain trolls. Although Syd G's one-line answers are very sharp and makes one think, it's not trolling though.

Does Steroid like those Dianobols which have side effects to our body?
*
Yes. I've been on steroids as part of pain medication for a slipped disc but not for exercise. I can share how it felt like when using it.

Your body is constantly tensed and you cannot relax. At all. You can't sleep. You can't stop moving around. Your heartbeat is beating like hell.

After I finish that course of steroids off, my body was extremely tired. It's extremely tiring. And my whole body felt whacked.

It's something that I do not want to repeat, even if it's for pain medication. It took 2-3 weeks for the steroids to be completely removed from my body.
