I heard once a friend told me about going to a gym.
He said, 1st week...shoulder workouts exercise only.
2nd week...chest workout exercise only.
I mean only one type of workout per week.

Is it true? hmm.gif

Correct me if I'm wrong, sit up mostly focusing on the ab muscle.

Those fat mixed up with the meat...needed cardio to burn it brows.gif

Trust me...yes...it's hard but after you done doing it...sweating like crazy/boxer...you felt good.

Me can only do 30 minutes jog...can go more but lazy laugh.gif
But still...sweating like heck.

Better than regular sit ups and lower ab crunch?
I'm currently on these....sit up (2 sets = 25 times each) on exercise ball and lower ab crunch (4 sets = 25 times each)

Cannot eat a lot of good stuff...meat, bananas, shrimp, squid etc.

I know it's difficult to maintain it.

As long as all love handles are gone and ab muscles are visible...I'll accept it biggrin.gif

Mine maybe a little similar but I don't drink protein shakes.

Started Monday last week.
Rice once a day...the rest...just veggies, bread, fruits and peanuts.
Based on blood type diet...A type.
Kardio 3-4 times a week and ab crunches.

73kg now.
Will see next Monday how much it progress.

Heard my mom membebel about buying a lot of nasi lemak but no one (me tongue.gif ) ate it tongue.gif

Me 170cm(5'7") with 73kg.
But still got those love handles.

Sit straight and hold breathe.
Then pinch it...it's 1 1/2 inch thick laugh.gif
Hit it and it 'vibrates' laugh.gif
This time I'm gonna get rid of it once and for all.
Wanna make those 6 pack visible brows.gif
