I see sarcasm is the order of the day.
Anyway, if a person isn't strong enough to attempt pullups\chinups, should he try to perform it or should he try to strengthen his muscles first? |

Pull ups targets mainly the back, so my guess is core and arm strength is important for doing pull ups?
