Curious to know,
what is the correct air pressure we should pump on the 16" 205/50 tires?  hmm.gif

currently i on 31psi for front, 30psi for rear.
should i go higher?
*

for ur gen-2 on 16"
if u wan good fc then put front 33-34psi n rear 32psi
if u wan more comfort+performance then front 31-32psi n rear 29-30psi

what is your size??? as bro CheeAnn said... u never get wrong with the over priced Michelin PP2...
it is quiet... but if you can bear a bit of noise... try Hankook V12... it comes witha lil comfort also...
Softer pressure to get more performance???
if you have PP2 and ur fren have Primacy LC means same pressure to get same performance... ???
it is all depends on individual la isn't it???
*
tis 2 tires will have their own pressure depending on da owner of da car using tis brand~

ok la... not too expensive... with PP2 straight line braking in wet is ok... not to worry about that... smile.gif
but during the rain always careful during cornering, very dangerous for emergency braking... for what ever tire u use...
not only noisy man... no grip (for me la) during wet after 50% of usage... sweat.gif it activated my ABS most of the time when i brake a lil hard during declining a hill... gripping also  not that superior... most of the AW forummer call it the tire to kill... haha
yea you can get it at that price in Klang... smile.gif in PJ around RM240... i got my Hankook V12 for only Rm180 a lil more comfort compare to PP2 but handling about 0.5 secs slower... but other performance is comparable with PP2... not bad... this tire good for ppl which have hard suspension setup... coz it is a UHP tire wif a lil comfort... smile.gif
er... Advan 07 i think mostly sold out... 08 is here... sorry can't help... call up quicksave +603 5636 0917 for info...
*
it's not sold out but it's no longer in production for malaysia~
if can get also old stock

sorry u cannot compare comfort level of 912 n A drive to PP2...
PP2 is more towards handling tire... it has harder side wall than even C Drive how can u say it is comfort as 912 or A drive???
*
guess he neva use PP2 like u do lo~ rolleyes.gif

not from Thailand la... Korean Tire made in Korea... Directional thread what do you expect... but still ok ok for my lo...
compare to PP2 it is still noisier... but S Drive much more noisier than V12 if not mistaken...
well bro how can u compare a entry level tire to UHP... sweat.gif the softness of A drive is like Primacy LC... for comfort...
PP2 if you say comfort... then i duno y ppl who drives honda complaint about... FYI got a few reviews from ppl who use PP2 in their CT or Civic... 1 word "harsh" ride...
are you sure ar... the test done by Opel S drive falls behind Hankook V12 evo and Michelin PE2 (PP2 thread but different tire compound) RE001 not to mention but it is darn expensive, but not as expensive as AD08... T1R thread life also very short...

Bro Gouki, ya it is not that good in wet cornering but dry it still do what ever it takes... and also it is Asymmetric tires not directional and it is more quiet compare to a lot of UHP tires... thumbup.gif
i know tat nothing comes with all but for me at least V12 noise is still bearable but it have good amount of grip... i did not dare to try others UHP tires which a AW forumer told me to forget about others as i look for UHP with quiet drive... PP2 give me quiet until about 40% left... Hankook V12 used about 6 months already still bearable... now Federal 595 Evo and also Toyo T1R i'm quite interested but not sure about their noise level, but i expect T1R to be quite quiet also coz it has soft compound also...
*
if stock civic come in 17" is not PP2 but older version calll PP a.k.a pilot preceda~

Bro CheeAnn... i know, all PP series tire will not have soft side wall... PP or PP2 same cos i used both b4
*
pp is much harder compound of rubber in compare wit pp2 as i've use then n also lots of feed back from customers~

Thx....my worry is the 2008-26 for the PP2, isn't it too old (1.5yrs)..
my ride..normal loh..usually 80 to 110km/hr..when possible..
my Vios, '06, is the original suspension...feel that is too soft..
*
if u wan purely for comfort then u can get d latest primacy LC which is available in 195/50-15[old vios b4 facelift] n 195/55-15[facelift vios] n it's slightly cheaper than PP2

Falken 912 is better than GY NCT5... NCT for me is killer tires... i can kill u any time... the traction of the tire makes me throw it away after 50% of usage...
*
in terms of comfort, low noise of cuz 912 is better than nct5
but nct5 is better than 912 in terms of performance n durability

well said there,  micheal9413 rclxms.gif
C.drive get my vote on winding road but comfortable and quietness ride goes to ze912. profile 55 will give a more comfortable ride too.

thanks for the head up.
16" upgrade is currently under way. already bought a neo cps sports wheels to go with my brown color ride.
going for 215/55/r16 front and 225/55/r16 rear.
*
neo cps not 17"? ?
btw i've not seen any local car upgrade to 225/55-16 as d tire is so freaking expensive n it's ard rm630-700 per piece tire~

???? i thought V12 i have in Made in Korea... not sure about V8RS though...
er... not sure yet but S Drive is out of my view at this moment... as the Opel test result shows that it is not better than T1R and worst T1R is lower rating than PP2... so still wondering swap back to PP2 and accept it will make my ride better in handling but loose out in comfort...
yes Cheeann place is good... smile.gif a few of my frens said they rather line up at there to get it done...
*

if u wan comfort +a bit spirited driving try primacy Lc lo~

QUOTE(sierioukomik @ Mar 3 2010, 11:56 AM)
just guessing tho  blush.gif  i didn't bother to ask more since the towkay told me its from Thai  biggrin.gif
