Try Champix from Pfizer. Its a twice-daily medication in tablet form, to be taken for at least 12 weeks (research has shown that the highest chance for relapse is at the 12th week). You can get it at your nearest GP / quit-smoking clinics

P/s: Its 4 times more effective that quitting cold turkey.
