my unifi down since 31 DEC 2014 and till today its still the same. VIP10 upgrade from VIP 5
report done to TM at the same day and personally i do weekly followup on it but everytime get response is that my account is not fully activated cuz i just move to that area.
i can accept that on the 1st week but now ady 2nd week and TM still telling me the same reason. this is not acceptable.
anyone facing similar issue ?
