They really know how to annoy people. Browsing International websites are slow right now. Some sites not even able to get through.

Bunch of unethical rubbish.

I have called TM. The CS can't give a reason. He tried to say it is the US websites' servers or website maintenance lead to the problem. But it is a bad reason because it can't be many servers or maintenance having problem at the same time.

The CS also referred he senior but nothing can be solved. He said no problem on their side and I insisted if no problem how come many US sites are slow today. Then we are silent on the phone and I said OK to end the talk.

Just watched the online video. Earthquake causes massive tsunami swept away hundreds of cars in Japan.

Hope the TMnut not really affected.

I certainly agree that the Earthquake will disrupt the Internet. But then the following the weeks if any thing wrong on the Internet, they can just say the earthquake effect.

TM sucks. Just called them, their auto message told that they had a problem and restoration is still in progress. No wonder the speed is so inconsistent.

Hopeless 1 Malaysia improvement plan.

Most International websites are slow now. Never send update whenever there is problem. TM is cheapass and useless.
