my 1mbps plan has been reduced to 0.25mbps plan...

called them up and they settled it... but less than 30 minutes it went back to 0.25mbps and now a techie will come by my house tomorrow..

this is utter bollocks

couldnt be AAG fault as im experiencing lag on every single website!
