Lately there are many complaints of Unifi 30 having high latency and slow download speeds.

Ironically, my VIP5 has absolutely no latency and download speed problems at all.

I can stream 60fps 1080p full HD videos without pausing even for a second.

This is my speedtest result. Notice the very low 3ms ping time (latency).

I had wanted to upgrade to Unifi 30, but I am glad I didn't.

i been using unifi 10mbps package, but lately its so slow. my youtube vid always load at 144p, dafuq, streaming anime or movies is very slow. but torrent still ok. haiyooo

I am quite impressed with my 10Mbps running smooth through out the year until just now it went down at A CRUCIAL TIME where i need to get my task done tonight!

Lucky it went back to normal after like 10 Minutes and i am relieved or else i will curse TM whole night. Wonder what the hell did they just do.

Sporadic Internet connection for Unifi 10MBPS in Kinrara, Puchong

Have to restart BTU unit a few times in a day, yet after 2-3 hours usage, unavailable...

What is going on?

Same here in puchong. I thought its only me. My speed went up slightly after changing DNS back to TM DNS instead of using Google DNS . Google DNS totally not usable. KNS

I've noticed this for over 2 weeks now.
Every night - High ping, low dl, low ul.
Can't even stream youtube 360p properly.

I've called and complain but nothing they can do.
During the day time, I get what I paid for, so bila technician come,"sorry bang your connection all okay"
Anyone having similar issues?

unifi seems really unstable for me these few weeks line kept dcing randomly after i upgraded from VIP20 to 30. TM pls.
