people just voicing their opinions, and since ts provoked this topic, and there it goes. you mean people who have negative experiences shouldn't voice out as it'll disturb their business? that'll never work - they treated one customer bad, they'll earn 1 negative feedback (sound kinda ebay'ish ).

bear in mind that, shops will hire sales person and will change over time, and i believe most have experiences with different sales person, or even the boss him/herself, hence different opinions.

motif XS8 (instead of XS6 you mentioned) is priced at around RM13000 at yamaha showroom.

and it's before discount.

it's just 2 mins walk from petaling street...

now you know, hehe...
