Hi there,

may need your idea here.
I got 50k on hand and having gross monthly income 4.5k.
Is it possible i owned a house values 300k?

i have no idea at all about this.
hope anyone can help and elaborate in more details.

if your monthly commitment isn't high ...
there shouldn't be any problem in securing loan for your purchase

if u r going to marry and going have 1-2 kids, better buy a cheaper house, 150-200k condor maybe.... if not u will be really suffering paying rm1500 a month....

Should be ok but subject to other commitment like car and other loans. My friend is a mortgage manager, if you need any help I can introduce you to him...pm me your number if you require some experts

but ball part figure is 30% of your salary to serve your house loan would be optimum

Shouldn't be a problem. I've got a 300k housing loan, only applied once to cimb islamic also approved already. Monthly salary at the time was more or less the same as yours.

Dont think so much...go get it....after all, you also can take out your epf to reduce the loan amount and thus recude loan monthly payment...

Landed double storey for RM300K is considered below average price if the location is within Klang Valley.

Depending on several factors and natural causes, landed properties normally tend to appreciate faster in value compared to a condominium.
