Anyone would be so kind to tell me how to lodge a complaint for frequently dc-ing Streamyx connection?
Really messed up my gaming.
(I want to know if theres any spesifics, cos I dont wanna go through all that protocol flush dns crap)

Everytime its windy(not even rain, even when its scorching hot), the internet becomes spotty.
I'd like to just ask them to change the cable, and I dont mind about payments.
