Same here too. My torrents normally can maintain 100kb/s throughout the day, but the download cannot get higher than 20kb/s. Whereas the upload can go up to 30kb/s, so I end up having a 1.7 share ratio for my torrents.used to be 100kbps or more, but its not even touching 20kbps now, for about a week.
