That's funny. I'm on 1MB, wanting to go to the 2MB Broadband Deal for months, but I can't since the idiots don't have any ports available. So when you don't want to upgrade, they force you to upgrade. When you want to upgrade, you can't.

Having the same problem as well. 1MB streamyx user in Ampang. The throttling only started this week. I can get speeds up to about 70-80kB/s during the day, but it's not stable and tends to fluctuate quite a bit. The throttling hits hard from the evening until morning, getting no more than 20-30kB/s. Considering how much we are paying for our 1MB, TM should be throttling UNIFI users, not us.

Thanks, but any long-term streamyx torrent user is already well aware of TM's policies on throttling P2P, even before it became official. The reason why people are highlighting it now is that implementation has been sporadic and inconsistent in the past. Most of us also want to confirm whether throttling is happening across the board or in selected areas.
