Not sure if this is the right place to ask.

What is the time period for TM to fix their copper cable ? Last saturday morning some jokers stole the cable in my neighborhood, rendered my house phone and internet useless. My dad had made report through TM hotline with his handphone.

I also heard that TM will only fix it after 3 or 4 months.

I live in Pasir pekan btw, an area between Kota Bharu and Wakaf Bharu.
