I had exactly your problem since last 2 months and I though it was their problem too. But the problem is actually caused by the main underground cables which is usually outside your house (sorry don't know what's it called). But then, bad Screamyx timing, as soon as I regain internet stability, the speed's got so f***ed up that my downloads are barely moving. Oh well, thanks for your good work Screamyx.
