is cardio the only way to reduce fats ??? i mean belly fats ....and chest fats especially....

@ilovePRL: May I ask why you're interested in adding protein to your diet? Just thought I'd raise that to your attention because fitness supplements can sometimes be over rated because everything is claimed to be "needed" just because companies are trying to make more money out of us!! But anyways, to answer your question, go for 100% Whey Protein if you're just looking for something that helps you recover better and get lean. I prefer Optimum for my protein shakes simply because they taste better! Haha!

yeah i got your point....normally my definition of cardio is to jog 1 hour on the threadmill on speed 7.5-8 kmph ..... but now i am feeling like its kinda ineffective and i am losing bulk....my Body fat is currently at 19% .....i am in to HIIT now.......its more intense .......do u mean burning belly fats is by doing exercises like ab crunches? cos i feel when i raise the total weight , the reps are harder and my heart race every time i completed a set.

weh....i think its kinda hard to arrange a proper meal schedule....cos i am kinda busy....izit okay to replace the meals with protein shake and creatine? meaning you eat more vege and rice for your meals to sustain the glucose level and then drink protein shake to replace the meat protein that you eat....cos i think that , if you eat meat outside ( dun haf time to prepare ) prolly they're more oily ....even its steamed.....cos the chicken itself are unhealthy....Force eating
