basically u do whatever sports/workout also hav to push yourself lor.

i personally love cardio (run and swim) but i do play badminton sometimes. badminton can b v tiring also... depends on how much u push yourself lor.

erm if u like body combat, u should consider learning muay thai kickboxing. not sure where u can learn.. i used to learn it and after i did muay thai, i dont find body combat interesting anymore >.<

i like steps too
