sorry im new here, i don't know where to post this so i previously posted this on the "shall we have a diet/workout post".
i hope its okay =)

i was just wondering wad kind of oats and cereal to eat? like quaker oats? and what cereal would be the best for dieting?
jacobs biscuits is the high fibre or the wheatmeal one?

oo... i usually buy the bakery's wholemeal bread.. not sure about the caloric values.. but i know there's a new brand called bakers brown. what brand of cereal would be the best?

are we suppose to have meals before or after workout?
as i know, there are two options,

a) exercising with an empty stomach (before breakfast) burns excess fat in your body.

b) exercising after breakfast/meal would provide more energy to burn calories.

I usually go for a.. but i heard that it's not good because i would have a heavy breakfast after that, and my workout would not be so effective?

hmm.. i jog on the treadmill for 30mins, cycle 20mins, sometimes do weights for 10mins..
