I know that one too,i wouldn't trust them that much,mine was 26% fat + 61% muscle + 51% water,go figure how it got that much out of a 100%.

Thats why i clearly said GAIN FIRST then cut,cutting is basically what you're doing now,more cardio with appropriate diet.
You're looking just nice now,so losing more will definitely make you look bony. |
