p.s: i already have a bench, 2x 12lbs dumbbell, a barbell, 2x 10kg plate and 2x 5kg plate...i use those mainly for bench press though..

need some opinions..i saw in fitness concept this punching bag( the 1 with a human shape n the kickboxing bag) and I am wondering will hitting those help losing weight? I am deciding either an upright bike or the punching bag...both do not take up too much space so I can put them in my room..

here is my routine..morning jogging, night after work gym + swimming..now my concern is whether it is ok to go swimming after i jog in the gym? i have a noob idea that going into the pool might cool my hearbeat down thus less fat burning
