used to have that issue when i was studying too.. events mgmt is a tough programme. especially when u're juggling ur studies n work. LOL

but anyways.. my advice, grab some granola bars. it might not be that filling but it helps just to start off ur day. its multigrain.. Quaker's 1 bar is 90 calories n Nature Farm (which i prefer) is 180 calories for 2 bars. its enough n sufficient for a quick morning breakfast, comes with various flavours, healthy, easily kept and could be a meal replacement for u at any time.

if u can't exercise, just do stretches everytime u stand up, move around a little, walk around the place (from hostel to college) n etc. u dont need to do a full 1 hour routine exercise. appparently its sufficient enough if u work out 10 minutes a time, 3 times a day as the outcome is still the same. only be reminded, u'll need to warm up n cool down between these 10 minutes too.

I have been eating that Quaker bar for lunch! 2 bars. I was so surprised those suckers could fill my tummy that I bought four bars instead. Bloated that day. T.T

Learnt my lesson and 2 bars from now on.

my weight loss program is kind of extreme...i only drink one cup of low fat milk and one big red apple for breakfast ,lunch and dinner except for Saturday and Sunday as i tend to go out with my friends  sweat.gif . In the afternoon one hour before my weightlifting and jogging session i would drink one big glass of black coffee with out sugar sad.gif  . I would workout 2 hour a day 1 hour for weightlifting 1 hour jogging. i am 184cm tall and at that time weighing at 110 kg, in 4 month i lost 30 kg. Now planning to gain more muscle as i look to skinny now .

80 kgs and you look too skinny? Any pics?

But in any case, it'as an amazement how you have energy to follow through your workout with that diet.

Don't drink yogurt. Drink water.

And maintaining a diet doesn't mean reducing everything. Not eating at night, no wonder you're still fat.

Also, I am not sure if 2 hours 2 sessions per week is enough.

Lastly, what do you mean by checked already? Surely the mirror would have told you.

Who said you need to be involved in sports to be fit? Who said you needed people to practice a sport? Get a basketball, practice your dribbling or get a football and practice your dribbling skills.

These excuses just don't cut it for me.

In case it's not noted, the scales weighing body fat can be misleading as the readings can be influenced by the amount of water in your body.

Yeah but that kinda interferes with my diet that dictates me to eat every 3.5 hours. LOL. But as you said, general reference or guesstimate.

And to Sarah, the scale does measure fat mass and total body water. So you can get a general reading. smile.gif

Best of luck with your plan.

What kind of milk are you drinking? And plain yogurt, still what kind?

Also I'd avoid cereals and energy bars. Your diet still seem to have quite a lot of carbs.

Thanks dear, but my raisins aren't those that come with sweet one wor, no added extra sugar at all but anyhow I'll just take your advice to take it off then. If so then I'll try to replace my cereals with oatmeal again.

Those homemade no added sugar cookies also can not ar? If can not then I'll take it off again, and replace with fruit. I actually don't mind to go for tasteless and I ain't a big fan of sugar because can't really take in sweet stuff though  sweat.gif

I was about to say the same thing and fruits can also be your weight loss enemy.

@ lee, what is there to translate? BFI now and ideal (future) and just compare lah. Obviously based on the fat index, you need to reduce weight.
