i also want to loose my weight...
i think i am 60kg probably or less...
my height is 160cm maybe la... don't really remember...
is there any ways to loose weight other then dieting and going to gym?
if i juz do normal housework such as mopping floors, clean the windows, sweep floors, wash clothes all that, can i lose weight?
i want to reach 50kg or 48kg...
my meal is:
breakfast
-cup of tea/nescafe o
-scramble eggs and bread
lunch
-rice
-vegetables
-fish
-cold mineral water
dinner
-rice
-vegetables/soup
-fish/chicken
-fruit
-plain water
i usually sleep quite late about 1am
and wake up at about 6.45am
is dat ok?
