before you jog,drink a cup of black coffee (no sugar). caffeine helps absorbs fat (or something like that) I forget ady
If you cant jog, walk. its not about the time,its about the distance. jogging 10km a day burn as much calories as walking 10km a day.
watch your food intake lorr. nasik lemak is too much ady, but you add curry puff some more.
I could recommend some more. but I didnt practise them myself. so I felt unqualified to do so
