just started working out after years of accumulating fat
aim to lose at least 20 kg.
i brisk walk to office and back = total about 20 mins, 5 times a week.
so far hit the gym = 5 times only.
been cutting back carbo.
the bad news.....i don't see any difference in my weight
in gym, i normally start with 15 mins walk on treadmill, 30 mins on either elliptical machine or bike.
is that enough?
i want to lift weight but i don't know how to begin.
please help
