u know y i rite AMI bios.....can to recover the bios b4 the mobo boot to cmos...there got 1 option which can only recover using floppy if fail to flash the bios but depend on luck if the boot block / system block of bios no corupted...
Adward bios also can ..but leceh sikit...hv to add some boot comand like autoexe , run command and etc...AMI no nid only with some press key on keyboard can force the system to run the floppy b4 boot cmos

notebook fail to flash bios hv to using this way to help it work back....but usb floppy is needed when doing

i'm more concerned w stability of bios, unfortunately most of all d boards (that i've tried) w buggy bios are on ami bios. almost all mobo on award bios are very solid, that's why i prefer dfi. if only they come out w infinity series for amd 790x series, i'm sure they'll out sell other manufacturers...
