My GC works if I put it in the Slave slot, without the motherboard's CrossFire bridge, so means no 16x lor.

If I put the crossfire bridge to Master, no display.

Oh well... the performance benefit of 16x compared to 8x is just about 3%.
*
oic..but i read somewhere that the 8x dont reduce the perfromance unless its 4890 ( not sure)

cf capability, ability to unlock core(s), decent oc, flash bios failed, struck by lightlning... ppl tend to complain while forgettin what d board can offer, lets not forget d affordable price tag as well...  yawn.gif
*
im not the one..since i enjoy using it..but sooner or later will change to mobo that can sustain higher vcore...

I think I will just run my graphic card on X8 mode ler.

Biostar 128M motherboard kinda stupid lor... master PCIE go put so bottom, if I put my 4850GS there, the airflow would be extremely terrible since it is so big.

u x suka u gi beli lain model laugh.gif

x8 , x16 won't see the difference by eyes ler.. just the digit u might feel uncomfortable only.. wink.gif

I wouldnt complain....

The Biobintang surpass any expectation in terms of value and performance...

I prefer the x16 below config is because of my casing nature, which is kinda old school design...when at the top slot, the GC will kena the HDD while if put on the lower side, the GC can miss the HDD area and will not be affected by the heat that is blowing out of the HDD cage...

I oso dunno why I sold off the board...hahahahaha

An simple answer from me to your question...

YES!

750W is more than enough to OC your 9550 dude!

A better PSU will help you also....

As you a not the hardcore OCer, your current PSU is already performed well...

Woahhh don't be jeles ah dude, u kalu mau upgrade anytime pun bole, x payah nak jeles whistling.gif laugh.gif

Haven't played the timings for the rams yet right now, i'm just testing 1st the highest my cpu can go below 1.5v vcore..
Tested by upping just the multi always crash n burn, have to play with the multi + HT then can go up this point.. sweat.gif
Looks like my plan to go 3.7ghz like ah_khoo would not be a materializing doh.gif
