hi i'm a amd x3 720, asus m4n78 pro mobo(nforce chipset) user and after setting the bios setting nvidia core calibration to auto mode it started to show that my cpu have 4 core in window and also cpuz. can anyone comment on this

it's call unlock bro.. some 720BE can be unlock to quad core

just attach using the attachment button

That means ur X3 720 can be unlock lor..

well then congrate for having an unlocked 720be... try getting a stable mild oc 1st with all 4 cores....

yea, window crash while i was posting this. down clocking it to 3.2ghz. i thought we need to temper with the hardware to unlock to 4th core(if there's any)...didn't know it's so simple.

try max oc with ur unlock core

ur the 1st to unlock it here using nforce chipset

Try doing a low OC 1st like around 3ghz at stock volt.. Here's my SS of unlocking the 4th core at 3ghz:

so far..nobody in malaysia successfully unlock 550 be 4 core? seems like success rate very low..

Huntkey so teruk arh? Luckily I never buy lol, but I've been using cheap cheap PSU for 10 years, on P4 and PD system, no problem except within few years it will kaput, change then can already.

Anybody can recommend me good PSU for RM150? Power up 720BE (maybe unlock) and 4850 GC only... (of course got DVD writer, HDD all those no need to say la...)

Pay extra more to get better PSU. Unless you want 2nd hand.

I searched Google about True Power Supply, they give me info about Antec TruePower.

I searched Google about Real Power Supply, they give me info about CM's Real Power.

So, anybody knows what's a true power supply which is much more expensive power supply? Is the watt stated in a true power supply continuous watt, not the max watt like most power supply?

true psu is rated to run at the wattage stated.
while non true run at slightly lower then rated wattage.
