no u wrong.. the problem is the game itself developed using 32bit architecture.. 64bit benefit is useless.. games still limit to 4gb ram..
some games got problem.. some developers need to built different exe just because to fit the OS.. but still they are designed for 32bit..
if all transition to 64bit is good we will see developers start to develop.. but still need the hardware etc and additional cost..
are we ready? not yet.. so those intel platform good for them..
even the gpu not ready yet..

with that quad channel better use low speed for cheaper ram setup..
instead fast/pricey ram with dual channel..
