Using arcylic cutter will be more straight and easier if using with ruler...

but it be more works and also if not careful... it will break...
sure is better if u can get one...

place a 100grid sand paper on a flat place ( table or floor )

than move the arcylic pieces thru and flow... sand it down... not a big problem...
it is normal anyway.

apit G is called G clamp in english laugh.gif
yup that right... than clamp another big ruler to guide the jig saw and u will get a nice straight line... 2 G clamp is prefer thumbup.gif

yup sanding will make the arcylic smaller... but that is only buy 1 or 2 mm smaller, if u have the time to sand... it is always better than not stright line... it is the easiest solution...
that u will need to sand the other piece to make it same.

again u hack into chan account again... haha... joking only rolleyes.gif

hohohoh...go n dream lo...then after u dream up of an idea go skecth on paper lo...huhuhu...anyways...i think ur design on the sketchup is ok already...but to me u still need a few touchups here n there...

p/s think about what u want to put inside the case...then..think how u want the case to look like...simple ke....modern ke..it helps to generate idea..

modding is like that de lar...

i use 3 month to finish 1 project...
go rest if tired...

about the drill... it is 1 inch de wor... i suggest to drill using normal drill and file/sand it using a file...
or u just go hardware store and buy one 1 inch drill bit/hole saw
