yo guys~~~ i buying some tools today and order acrylic already tmr my dad will take it XD

tools i have:
drills
jig saw
glue gun
hammer
screw driver
some normal tools
acrylic knife

depends to u... 3mm like that should be enuf.

3) how make a acrylic panel become L shape? ( burn it?)
heat it not burn it... works with iron too

more is better than less... but if not enuf u can always buy later

Acylric casing . what u gonna cut it with liao?? i hope not rotaratory tools.. acylric melts = damn leceh..

jig saw~~~ XD i got try be4 jig saw cut acrylic pretty nice

it pretty nice cut.. but damn noisy.. 'bising' .. cant stand the noise jigsaw make.. )

hope ur acrylic project will success.. it need time, n alot of patience ...

may b you can screw the plastick to plastick...i saw b4 at other forum

but i plan buy the acrylic juz 3 mm leh @@ if i cut small piece of acrylic and heat make it L shape then can o XD tat is wat i thinking hehe

3mm is not enuff thick to support,cant be the "bone" for the cup.
the backplate u wan to diy or take from old casing ?? is not easy to diy,unless u dun wan the pci slot
