Accordingly to XTreamer website, it uses more advance Realtek chip 1283(x)than AsusO!Play 1073 chip... That is one solid reason that attracts me...

Some1 in the Clamul thread mentioned about compatibility of MKV files. The Clamul cant play quite a number of MKV files, depending on codec used.
