i manage to get into step 5 of e-penawaran despite the lag, in that page they mentioned we need to submit to HEP only , who say we need to send the document to JPA?

i'm taking mechanical engineering at universiti teknologi petronas.. you?

Btw, if u read the panduan there right it says if the jabatan did not receive by 7th oct it will take it as you rejected the offer so i think gotta send to JPA.

Lol getting to the page is one thing....downloading the documents is another journey of the refreshing. In fact, I doubt anyone can access the documents for now even if u refresh too darn many times lol. Basically, the server is dead. I'll just wait till the server is up. Will call the technical team again 2moro to kacau them and tell them to extend the deadline. It's more convenient for us all QQ. They have time to fix and we have time to send docs.

yeah, better clarify..i am to confuse about "masing-masing"..in the epenawaran only said submit to HEP but in panduan said send to JPA
if someone gonna call them please ask on my behalf (everyone here)..tired edy try to call them, no one ever pick up their phone (maybe they know we wanna complain )

p/s:need to download last form dokumen perjanjian only, hell lots of refresh enuf for whole year i think & taking computer science, previously taken chemical engineering, 2nd dip now
