i put my dad's RM170 as he's now receiving pencen...my mum as a teacher, RM2800 something like that...but still..i cant get it! =( maybe my result not that good...

i think, jpa look at for u... usm is apex universty, mybe easier to get the scholarship...

Then, ur friend is surely lucky since JPA requires cgpa of at least 3.4 for matriculation.
I dun really think they will look at the university that u are studying.

my name was blacklist.... because my mom be guarantor for her brother... n then, he didn't pay to jpa...
so, my name also blacklist... tnsionnnnnn..

whats does PIDN cover? its different from JPA scholarship for overseas students, isn't it?

No. PIDN application is only once a year. For those who didn't get it, they are allowed to appeal for it. The date for appeal will be announced later at JPA website,

hey guys, i get the JPA scholarships for tajaan 9As one, which is totally the same as the jpa pidn one as what i guess.

btw, regarding the saksi, which is the best person to refer to? can i refer to my lecturer as my saksi? just as simple as that, right?

anyway, i would like to know the pros and cons of receiving the jpa scholarships and when is the jpa will deposit the allowances for us?

i am in total desperate as my university bursary keep on remind us to clear up our 'debts', amounting to rm 2500 ..when does jpa really give us the money?

Well, there are only certain people with certain grade in government can be ur witnesses. So, it is best to ask ur lecturer about this. Maybe, u can go to ur uni's administration office where u can find people who can be ur witness.

About the money, I am not so sure when they will deposit it. Anyway, we have to sign the agreement first and then JPA will open BIMB accounts for all scholars.

Btw, have u received ur documents already? I am still waiting for mine. I thought they will only send the documents after 9th September which is last date to accept the scholarship.

i have received the documents two days ago and what i have to do is to confirm and send out the lampiran B to HEP before 10 sept 2009. i am not that sure about those who get PIDN as it may a little bit later than the tajaan 9As one since the result is being revealed a few days ago.

on the other hand, The last date to send the perjanjian documents is before 30 sept 2009.

btw, is it worth accepting the offer? and the bond stated in my offer letter is 4 to 5 years for science degree.

If u think PTPTN loan should be sufficient for u, you could go for it. But, if u are like me from a low income family, I would suggest you to take JPA offer. I am taking the offer since both my living costs and tuition fees are high in mmu, cyberjaya here. Only the money from JPA can save me. PTPTN is insufficient for me as they only give me RM 49500 (full loan). My course is around RM 40000.!!

i see there is a lots of controversies of whether or not bonded to jpa is a good choice, anyway, i believe it is better as u`can save a lots of money.
