one of the non-executive director (Dato' Capt Ahmad Sufian @ Qurnain bin Abdul Rashid) is disposing his maybulk shares.

but he owned very minimal of stake only, approx 0.057%

He sold only 10k units. Not much. Maybe wanna have holiday. The reason for drop is most likely due to EPF profit taking.

I think it is more related to BDI. Many research papers saying that BDI will be heading south.
Below is the 4 points highlighted

• China has excess iron ore supply, which is now back to historical high levels.
• Expect iron ore trade to slow in coming months.
• 4.7% vessel growth, vs. +0.2% dry bulk demand.
• Freight rates weakness is to be expected.

directors disposed share - not a good news lor.

but since the one disposing is non-executive director aka outside director, which means he/she does not form part of the executive management team, he/she is not employee of the company or affiliated. thus the impact is minimal.

i havent check BDI movements yet. that would affect the price, too.

Money losing company with very weak balance sheet. Even at 6 sen, it is trading where above its NAV. This is a goreny counter without fundamental to support.
