if you're a trader, fast in fast out, and lots of transactions. Theres almost no better platform than jupiter. It's cheap, (RM10 brokerage) and you get instant buy and sell orders. Coz they directly sent your orders to bursa, without any delay.

yea.. i think their service really a bit so so.. last time when i request to open acc. their rep. Melvin Kong also not interested to reply me.. when i called them... they said they will ask Melvin to call me.. but after weeks no one call me.. end up i need to go down to KL to open an acc... and they kind of stressing that as long as u have money in the acc. u can trade lor.. like not trust ppl like tat.. mayb i look very poor.. but i still use Jupiter because i m bilis and the rate and platform is better than my osk i think..

Naz I'm using Aminvest. Very old school trading platform but always super fast, never had downtime before. U wont get low commissions like Jupiter tho.

only problem with Jupiter is to have open account at their office... or wait when they have their road tour / seminar ....
mostly trader open account with them, also got > 1Mill client though...
u can met the head of Jupiter Online (Mr Kelvin Tan) who is actively going to any seminar organized by any bank/chartnexus/nexview during the weekend times..
2 obvious advantage..
1- low rates
2- STP, straight thro' processing. (bypass order thro dealer, straight to bursa.. order execute within 3-5 sec)

yeah if I change I want a superior rate given my volume. Hlebroking not as good rates as Jupiter but definitely better customer service. The rep spent 30 mins talking to me on their services and they will handle everything for me down to sending a runner to pass the documents and collect it by hand!

Will think about it hard and switch this week hopefully...
