do i do weight and loose body fat at the same time? I wanna get my waist from 36-32. Im currently quite fat for my Height,

I do work out, Mostly Chest, biceps, legs. No stomach. Too pain for me. But i have stop working out after i have stepped in to college. about 2 month ago. Now im getting fatter and fatter because of the food i eat everyday.

Im 170 cm. Waist 36. Weight around 68-70.

Im determined to get back to the Gym and want to get my waist down from 36-32. What diet should i follow ? icon_question.gif

should i diet 1st then gym or Do both at the same time?

To lose weight and get fit effectively, you need a good diet COMBINED with a good workout regime, ie weights and cardio.

170cm 70kg but 36inch waist le...me 175cm <70kg 31inch only..altho im an ecto but i guess wearing 36inch pants consider fat?

Too skinny also not look good,

hmmm do some abs workout sure can get rid of the fat in that area,

me too now try to loose as much fat at my body,

hahhahaha but my mind keep saying am lazy to diet and cardio
