I do work out, Mostly Chest, biceps, legs. No stomach. Too pain for me. But i have stop working out after i have stepped in to college. about 2 month ago. Now im getting fatter and fatter because of the food i eat everyday.
Im 170 cm. Waist 36. Weight around 68-70.
Im determined to get back to the Gym and want to get my waist down from 36-32. What diet should i follow ?
should i diet 1st then gym or Do both at the same time?
