yup stil trying to adapt the driving style ... ... this baby totally diff from mini mpv ... now stil unable to adjust to a comfortable seat position .... i wonder its me or wat ... sometimes feel too in front sometimes too high ... .... keep adjusting nia

went to klang yesterday .... 150 kmph ... no problem steady n good handling .... juz tht went doing sharp bent tend to oversteer a bit ( lack of traction control effect maybe )

overall quite satisfied juz a few minor problem .... the auto windows seems like slam on the rubber when close ( wonder its like tht or mine malfunction ) .... engine sound a bit noisy outside ... tyre a bit noisy ... but all these small things ... other very good

hopefully mazda 3 will come out better than wat others' are expecting .... a lot of ppl out thr stil in denial tht beside T&H other brand cars r not up to par ( except those bmw,merc etc )

now im posting in mazda service centre already hit more than 1k km .... customer service is decent but cant say its top-notch ... stil have room to better ....

at jln 222 service center .... got free wi-fi n hot drinks ( in such weather i think they shud haf provide cold drinks instead ) but im not complaining much

let c how long does it takes to finish my services n alignment ... ( i left my house keys n smarttag in the car , shud b ok hor )

walao damn freaking 7 hrs???


tht fella told me ard 90mins onli wor .... thts y i wait here .... but now already more than 2 hrs ... damn havent c any sign my car is coming out ....

i tot onli potong nid whole day ... mazda oso ? ... change oil n filter + some checking + alignment , i think my mechanic out thr can kau tim in 90 mins lo ... purely disappointed ...

great after 5 hrs ... finally my car is done ... tht was at ard 2pm

car felt smoother n alignment bek to normal ...

juz a few things ... i noe they would haf to test drive to confirm the alignment but 13km ... it could get u to sunway n beek looo ....

i think no 1 is working during lunch hour ... but since most owners r waiting ... shudnt mazda adapt a system which not all ppl go for lunch at the same time???by dividing into 2 batches ... customer saves their time ... in my case , if they would've continue their job , i would haf left by 1pm ...

then later when i reach my car park onli i saw a few greasey print on the A-pillar i try hard to remove it but stil haf a very light stain .... arghhhhh

my first service cost me rm300 ... they change oil filter and used 5L shell fully synthetic oil .... they say mazda 3 nid 5L instead of 4L ....

my gps oso havent got le ... my sa said she confirm with bermaz im in the 100th list ... now hafta wait bermaz approve n provide the gps ... wait another 2 weeks wor

fat joe : i tinted with huper optik liao lo very nice heat rejection ... juz tht the model i took no jpj warranty ... now scared saman

andrew : if u plan to wait thr , i think as early as possible la ... they open at 8 on weekdays ... n they say normal service 1-2hrs .... coz i hafta check alignment so waited 5 hrs ...

i'd already asked the service center bout the appointment thing ... but they say no nid ... juz come n take a number ( first come first serve )

they use 1 tong 4L + 1 tong 1L ...

saw the star newspaper today , a letter from jpj stated they r out on catching heavy tinted cars

die lo ... my car tinted those type tht the installer no guarantee on saman ... coz tht time my fren say seldom catch 1 .... any1 got any idea ...

btw ... u guys sticking to ron97 or goin for ron95??? any1 tried ron95???

well , been driving my m3 in a while but less than a month ... however thr's some sound

1) when i brake to stop , my seat will make a "tak" sound as if its not locked in place n when i brake it's onli locked in ... but this sound dun come once ... it happens everytime i brake to stop

2)when i go over bump , thr is some "kik kak" sound from the rear ( not sure its the tyre,abdorber or watever ) but so sound annoying

3)i juz came bek from bangkok , so my car is left thr unused for 4 days , today when i go to work , the engine damn noisy,even i can hear it from inside the cabin ( im not sure whether its the petrol i pump , last week i pump at petronas , the pump stated RON95 , but when i asked they say it;s stil RON97 , onli on 1 sept they r changing while the sticker they say is to prepare purpose onli )

beside these , i stil thinks the m3 is an overall good car , juz tht it doesnt live up the hype it meant to b , frankly speaking im a bit disappointed

hmm ... the manual transmission u meant is from the gear box or the paddle shift???

if u use paddle shift > its function as a temporary gear change e.g for overtaking cars n go up short hill slope , so when it detects your power is sufficient it will change bek to normal auto mode

if u push the gear level to use the +/- transmission , i used a few times , its ok , it wont change gear unless the gear u r using is underpower or it revved too high .... e.g i tried change to gear 5 when go high slope , it slip bek to 4 coz underpower ... n it changed to higher gear when i rev it pass 6/7k rpm if not remembered wrong.

but i think this is better as it protects our engine n gearbox so tht it wont rev too much till it does any harm ...

for the lagging ... i felt it too ... asked my fren who's driving civic,its the same .... asked SA , she said its meant to b like tht so u can feel the "kick" when in racing mode

y sell when u stil nid a demo car??? if u r replacing the existing with new cars ... then those who had booked will need to wait for longer period to get their new car ... isnt it better if u release those cars to the buyer rather then swap it into demo car???

realised this morning ... wtf ... most petronas onli sells RON95 ... no RON97 ... they think no ppl gonna use RON97 meh?

i think tan boon pin means the first batch is the first shipment of mazda 3 hatchback to msia ....

he scared those which arrived here on the first shipment will b given to him ... he wanna wait longer as long as his car is on the 2nd shipment onwards

but y ? its all the same ma ... coz first batch n second i dun think got much diff .... even if got complain mazda oso cant rectify completely in such short period. unless u buy a year after it launched. somemore mazda got warranty ma , if got anything can claim ( juz nid to waste time la) but since u planning to wait , time shudnt b a major prob lo

one more thing hor ... i c all mazda 3 the "teeth" ( the place whr the num plate mounted ) is painted .... y mine is black???

took to the sc at pj 222 ... after 90mins they tell me they not sure wats wrong tomolo hafta leave my car the whole day .... so they can check ... they suspect either bearing or drive shaft .... wat im afraid is they dun haf the spare part ... n since its under warranty , they wont charge me rite???

btw , can i get a car from them since i nid to leave my car thr whole day?

i juz sent my car to mazda sc liao .... they say gonna check n let me noe .... then i asked bout the spare parts , is it hafta order from japan? he say certain parts r here but some stil nid to order .... n my problem is the first 1 they encounter .... damn hopefully they had the part i nid ...

no courtesy car from this sc wor ... i asked even for rent oso dun haf ... onli got taxi now hafta wait my fren come n fetch me ....

i agree tht after qc from japan mayb onli got problem but how come no parts standby bermaz shud haf keep at least a few ma even thou dunno wats gonna happen ... this is really disappointing ... their parts is a bit more expensive oso i can tolerate but no parts is a no-no ( btw its under warranty so no nid pay )

mazda sc called me liao .... confirm drive shaft got problem ( not sure this is the correct spelling la )

lucky for me , the part is here , they ordered n will get it this late evening. unlucky part , car onli can b fixed by tomolo afternoon.

now i've no car to go home + fetch my wife + tomolo morning .... headache how come the drive shaft rosak so fast?
