hi guys..would like to ask for advice...due to too long never do gym n work out...so that day i joint fitness program and the trainer "feed" me into huge kg of work out. then the next day my muscle pain like hell..can i continue to do simple work out next day? or i need to rest until the muscle not pain? any advice? thank you

for me i will do normal work loh, until no pain then do it bit by bit, u not superman also, Lol and never stop doing if u want to take heavy, because not good for health. *Cheers*
