Is that the reason why I see nowadays PC games will also be 360 and PS3 too? This is very very crazy. Who would have think Dragon Age: Origins for the PS3 and 360 too. That's why the market for consoles is more important that it needs a simultaneous release.

mmorpg shines when u have frens who work together for something...
the sense of in game community is really an original fun experience...
i played several MMORPG (including WAR and now WoW) and working together killing a boss and shouting on vent over the kill was really awesome!

hopefullyffxiii will out for pcs too . just like how SE decide for xbox *pray*

Same as FFXI, first release of FFXVI BD/DVD will probably same as a ps3 title game price JPY$8800 (around RM338). The BD/DVD will include a unique key required to register before start playing FFXVI

I doubt how many people willing to pay RM338 buy a key following with JPY$1280 (around RM50) monthly fee if they used to play free starter mmorpg?

FFXI is a great mmorpg, just it had a high standard to start when just released, FFXVI will probably the same.

Although some peeps thinks that f2p is cheap but if u do calculate properly the amt u spend on f2p is definitely more that u could spend on p2p.
The money sucking system comes from their item mall. There's nothing free in life. Something that advertise free bound to make u pay more then u're suppose to pay in the long run.
Games hosted by squareenix is highly controlled and i believe not much malaysians and singaporeans will be able to enjoy the game in the long run. There might be high sign ups but alot of quitting too .The reason is because no botting ^.^.
High price for starter pack is a good sign. It shows the quality of the game and also to remind pple not to performing something silly ,hacks or bots in game. Breeching the rules will make a painful lost to their money which is the acc id. This is already the best warning to players already wasn't it so?
