hmm i tried out the sc2 beta yesterday night too.
the default ai is dumb lol.
i rushed them x2 times they kena pwn x2 times

1st time
x7 zealots rush zerg base

2nd time:
x35 zerglings rush protoss base
the ai seems to be focus on tech-ing up only, had little or no defense

the screnshots doesn't really do justice to the graphics. You have to actually play the game to see the graphics.

I used to say the graphics is dated but after actually playing it, it's pretty damn awesome in it's way. The way the units move, the textures arent as bad as the screenshots.

Besides, it's still beta and graphical updates are still being added into the game or still being worked on.

What I ilke the most is, it looks great on medium and runs great.

what AI version r u running? they update the AI every now and then so make sure u play the latest 1 early Ai is really dump but latest 1 do have some challenge. if still too easy. play the AI cheat version

the point of low requirement is to let as many people to be able to play it. whats the point of creating a game with high requirement and then only a handful of people with high end PC able to play it.

if WoW need high requirement to play i doubt it will reach the number of players it has today.

btw, sc2 in full ultra setting looks sweet enough thou

Mid range graphics that everyone's pc able to support

Crysis like graphics that only a handful able to support

the graphics are suitable la.

Youtube video quality isnt exactly what I would use to judge the graphics of a game though 

yeah the animations are awesome! screen shots cannot justified those.

hmmm well i'll just play sc2 for the story.

and ... whop some local gamers arse if possible.
